Icarus Consulting was founded by three operators who were tired of watching good B2B products stall out for a lack of pipeline, not a lack of product-market fit.
We kept seeing the same pattern: strong B2B teams with a genuinely good product, stuck because nobody owned the pipeline. Founders were doing outbound themselves at 11pm. Sales hires were joining with no system to plug into. Marketing was generating traffic that never turned into qualified conversations.
So we built the thing we wished we could have hired: a single embedded team that owns lead generation, builds the pipeline, plans and executes market entry, and keeps existing accounts growing, instead of stitching together four different vendors who don't talk to each other.
